Mina the Hollower is Yacht Club Games' 2026-05-29 release across seven platforms — Switch, Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series, PC, Mac, Linux. It launched at Metacritic 92 on PC (universal acclaim) — Switch 2 and PS5 scored 89 each per Wikipedia — and sold 55K units on Steam in the first 24 hours.
The campaign is a 20-30 hour main story (31h+ completionist) across 6 Generator regions plus the prologue and the Ossex hub, with 17 main bosses + 9 secret bosses, 60 trinkets, 5 weapons, 50 achievements, 200+ difficulty modifiers, and a 7-cycle New Game Plus system. The mainstream review framing is “Link's Awakening × Bloodborne” — top-down action with a dash-and-dig moveset and a deliberately dark fantasy tone.
The campaign branches at two major decision points: the Duke choice in Queensbury Crypt (act 1 moral beat) and the final choiceafter Lionel falls (act 3 ending branch). NG+ overlays the entire arc with shuffled items, mirror-world mechanics, and modifier remix per cycle.
